We are a marketing agency specializing in working with dental practices, offering services such as Website Design, Google Ads, Facebook Management, and more. Our goal is to help clients attract high-quality patients through tailored marketing campaigns.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and understanding their marketing needs.

Job Details

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary $60,000-$70,000 a year

Hours: 40 per week.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Mississauga (Onsite)

Proposed Resumption date: October 21st, 2024

Commission on sales up to 50% + recurring revenue up to 2.5%

+ Salary (OTE - 100K to 200K)

Travel is included, between 10 - 16 weeks a year

Duties And Responsibilities

You will be responsible for generating leads

Engaging with potential clients, and

Promoting our marketing services to dental practices.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Keep abreast of the best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications, Requirements and Skills.

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent selling and negotiation skills

Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all organizational levels.

Skilled in both oral and written communication.

Results-oriented mindset with robust analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

Knowledge of the dental industry or healthcare marketing (preferred)

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Public speaking is a plus!.
