We are seeking a motivated, customer-driven

Sales Advisor

to join our team. In this role, you will support customers through their purchase journey, help them choose the best plans and devices, and contribute to strong store performance.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

Greet customers warmly and provide professional support. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans and devices. Demonstrate product features and explain pricing clearly. Handle questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.

Sales & Revenue

Engage with customers to promote services and products. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Upsell and cross-sell accessories to enhance the customer experience. Process transactions accurately using the RQ (IQ Metrix) POS system.

Product Knowledge

Stay updated on Freedom Mobile plans, devices, and promotions. Continually build your knowledge of wireless products and industry updates. Clearly communicate product benefits and features to help customers make informed decisions.

Store Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and merchandising updates. Support general store operations as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Retail sales experience is an asset but not necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Basic knowledge of mobile devices and technology. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
