Role Overview

We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Sales Advisor

to join our team. In this role, you will help drive sales while delivering an outstanding in-store experience. You'll guide customers through choosing the right plans and devices, offer product insights, and support them through the entire purchase process.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience

Welcome customers warmly and provide professional assistance. Identify customer needs and recommend the best plans and products. Demonstrate device features, explain pricing, and answer questions clearly. Handle inquiries and concerns politely and efficiently.

Sales & Performance

Engage customers to promote products, services, and Freedom Mobile plans. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Upsell and cross-sell accessories and value-added services. Process transactions accurately using the RQ (IQ Metrix) POS system.

Product Knowledge

Stay updated on Freedom Mobile devices, plans, and current promotions. Continuously improve product and industry knowledge. Educate customers on features, benefits, and value of available offerings.

Store Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Assist with inventory tasks such as restocking and stock counts. Support merchandising updates and store presentation standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Retail sales experience is an asset, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic understanding of mobile devices and technology. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
