We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Advisor

to join our team. In this role, you will support customers throughout their shopping experience, guide them in choosing the right devices and plans, and contribute to the store's sales performance.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

Warmly welcome customers and provide professional assistance. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable devices and plans. Demonstrate product features and answer questions regarding pricing and specifications. Handle inquiries and concerns politely and effectively.

Sales & Revenue

Actively engage customers to promote Freedom Mobile products and services. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Upsell and cross-sell accessories and add-ons to enhance the customer experience. Complete sales accurately using the RQ (IQ Metrix) POS system.

Product Knowledge

Stay current with Freedom Mobile devices, plans, promotions, and industry trends. Continuously strengthen product knowledge. Educate customers on the advantages and features of products to help them make informed decisions.

Store Operations

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking. Support inventory counts, merchandising, and general store upkeep.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Retail sales experience is an asset, but not mandatory. Strong communication and people skills. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Basic understanding of mobile phones and technology. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
