Role Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-driven

Sales Advisor

to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of Signalix--helping customers find the right devices and plans, providing knowledgeable guidance, and creating a positive and engaging in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and plans. Demonstrate device features, explain pricing clearly, and answer questions confidently. Handle inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

Sales & Performance

Proactively promote products, services, and accessories to drive sales. Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Accurately process all transactions using the

RQ (IQ Metrix)

POS system.

Product Knowledge

Stay up to date with the latest Freedom Mobile devices, plans, and promotions. Build and maintain a strong understanding of product features and industry trends. Educate customers on product value and benefits to support informed decisions.

Store Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Assist with merchandising, restocking, and inventory management. Support overall store presentation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of mobile technology and wireless devices. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
