Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented

Sales Advisor

to join our team. In this position, you'll play an important role in driving sales and ensuring a positive in-store experience. You will assist customers in selecting the right devices and plans, provide product knowledge, and support them throughout their purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

Greet customers warmly and assist them professionally. Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products and plans. Demonstrate device features, explain pricing, and answer questions clearly. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with courtesy and efficiency.

Sales & Growth

Actively engage customers to promote products and services. Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Upsell and cross-sell accessories and services to enhance the overall experience. Process sales accurately using the

RQ (IQ Metrix) POS system

.

Product Knowledge

Stay informed about Freedom Mobile devices, plans, and promotions. Continuously build product expertise and keep up with industry updates. Educate customers on the value, benefits, and features of available products.

Store Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Support inventory management, including restocking and stock counts. Assist with merchandising updates and store presentation tasks.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail sales experience is an asset but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for delivering excellent customer service. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Basic understanding of mobile devices and technology. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
