HIRING SALESPEOPLE X3

I need 3 salespeople one with automotive sales skills and experience. The other two I would love to bring into the world of auto sales. Some kind of sales experience is ideal, cell phone stores, cold calling places, and the hustlers of the world. This is commission-only-based Pay. Meaning the only thing limiting your paychecks is your own work ethic and desire.

Training on the job will be provided and we have amazing guidelines to follow to be successful. It's all about following the process, being nice to customers, following up, and showing them they are important to us. If you can do that and you know how to talk to people you will be successful and make great money here. Pay is based on experience and drive. The sales staff is responsible for posting ads, setting appointments, showing and building value in the vehicle they are showing, and doing the final walk-around and delivery with the customer.

Strong learners and auto-based knowledge will help you immensely. The Sales Manager will negotiate and close all your deals for you. We are selling between 40-70 cars a month and have inventory to sell, unlike most dealers. An extremely easy-going atmosphere where we all work as a team. If you cant work as a team does not apply you'll just be wasting my time and yours. Must be willing and able to get an MVSA license, must have a class 5 license with good abstract. We do have great benefits as well. We are a team that just keeps growing in size and volume, we need the right people to come on board and be a part of that team.

We treat each other with respect and follow round-robin-up systems as well as other things to make sure everything is fair and a team environment. How many appointments you bring in is all on you and if you're great at it it's not a problem to bring home over 10k a month. The only thing limiting your earnings is your ambition and skill. We invest in our team and our dealership. Dress semi formal, We have an amazing sales Manager who will close your deals and incredible business managers that will get them approved. This is one of the easiest sales jobs out there. Post ads, make appointments, build value in the vehicle and turn them over to management.
