Position:

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and understanding of the HVAC industry. A highly motivated, outgoing individual that will drive sales and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prospect and qualify new residential and commercial sales leads

Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate

Provide timely quotes or estimates

Confirm equipment availability and order equipment

Work with the HVAC Project Manager to ensure jobs/projects are completed in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction

Analyze and project industry supply and demand

Follow up on outstanding quotes

Project and pre-plan marketing strategies

Review project costs

Keep up-to-date on all Efficiency NS and Government Grants available

Create quotes and invoices in Sage 50

Qualifications:

HVAC/R license with 3-5 years experience in the field required

Sales experience considered an asset

Excellent analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills

Strong knowledge of industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
