Yourchoicehomes is a full service Real Estate Company that just opened a new Micro Home Division.

We are looking for Sales Advisors that can assist in setting up a territory, do some direct POS marketing and set up and run trade shows.

The ideal candidates will be self directed and be able to work individually or with a group of others. This position offers the opportunity to work your own hours as everything is based on results.

We offer an aggressive pay structure where your target income is between $5-7000 per month with a draw based upon results.

You will be entitled an over ride for a territory that you will be responsible for.

A Real Estate license is preferred however, drive and desire will take presendence.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays. Stay updated on promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
