We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our growing automotive team. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and a strong passion for customer service and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers through the vehicle buying process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Follow OMVIC rules and dealership policies
Handle leads, walk-ins, and follow-ups professionally
Requirements:
OMVIC certification is mandatory
Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales is an asset)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
