ONE exceptional RV Sales Advisor

to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

Present and sell new and pre-owned recreational vehicles to customers Guide customers through the buying process with honesty and expertise Prospect and follow up with potential customers Build lasting relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business Achieve agreed-upon sales targets Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism Maintain follow-up schedules using our CRM system Stay up to date on inventory, product features, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Passion for RVing, camping, and the outdoor lifestyle Familiarity with CRM platforms Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-driven Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Willing to work Saturdays and evenings (occasional Sundays for special events)
