Our diverse markets include; Companies, Non-profits, Schools, Sports Orgs & more We help our customers secure their unique custom gear requirements without all the traditional hassles of manual ordering; order easily online, no minimums, no collecting sizes or payments, and delivering to individuals or groups are just some of our value propositions.
URstore offers leading brands including Adidas, Nike, Russel, Duer, Ogio, Champion, North Face, Herschel and much more. We boast the latest digital print and embroidery equipment to help efficiently produce and deliver orders quickly all across North America.
As URstore's Sales Administrator, you'll be very computer savvy and responsible for a variety of functions that are uniquely intertwined due to the nature of our various software & digital business platforms. You'll gladly multi-task in a very detailed fast paced environment and have some experiences in the following disciplines; General administration, Purchasing, Order entry, Scheduling, Receiving, Customer Service and other Office / Warehouse functions. U'll bring resourcefulness and a 'can do attitude' to various tasks that drive business efficiency and ultimately customer satisfaction.

DUTIES:
Service & Admin.;
Various front office admin tasks
Handle incoming inquiries (email, phone, online chat)
Customer dispute resolution
Communicate order status updates
Relaying order confirmation updates and tracking info
Liaise with suppliers & contractors plus timely follow-up
Misc. other duties
Order Fulfillment;
Create OE's, PO's, WO's & Invoices
Schedules & coordinate orders with production team
Set-up customer artwork & mock-ups
Receive and identify discrepancies against PO's
Order packing, preparation & binning
Final QA & Shipping
Online store set-up;
Customer relation management starting with inquiry / sign-up
Help set up online store merchandise plan & execute
Product & art file uploads to standards
Customer liaising & follow-up
Detailed QA of all details specified
Delivery store & obtain final approvals
Introduce client to dedicated Sales Rep for value add services
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Diploma in a related field
A genuine interest in technology and are comfortable learning new software
Analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Intermediate/advanced use of Microsoft Office & Google tools
Comfortable learning new software and operations processes
Personable, multi tasker, highly organized, detail oriented
Effective English written and verbal communication
U are a customer-focused person with a hands-on, proactive style
U collaborate well with others and bring time management skills to the table
U have the ability to work in an environment where there is no detailed manual but, U are willing to listen, learn, take direction, be resourceful and contribute.
SERIOUS BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE;
Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools.
Experience working with application software & API's.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop / Illustrator skills.
