Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various software tools. This role involves managing customer interactions, data entry, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate effective sales processes and customer support.

Duties



Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and support via phone and email Maintain and update customer databases using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Perform data entry tasks accurately to record sales, orders, and customer information Handle filing, document management, and record keeping for sales documentation Support front desk operations including greeting visitors and managing appointments Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and basic financial recordkeeping Proofread sales documents, emails, and reports for accuracy and professionalism Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing files

Requirements



Proven clerical or administrative experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent computer skills including data entry, typing, and document proofreading Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone and email Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Office experience in a medical or dental setting is a plus (e.g., dental receptionist or medical office experience) Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is desirable
