Sales contract administration is proactive, well organized and effectively supports sales, operations or financial work.
Accurate, timely and complete sales information is entered into and maintained within Trux, the CRM or other tracking applications.
Sales quotations and customer interactions are supported with high quality, targeted sales information.
Reporting is timely, accurate and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Information Management
Maintain accurate customer data, RFPs, and visit records in CRM systems (CWS/MWM/Bristal); ensure TRUX Customer Master List is current.
Organize and control documentation according to procedures, ensuring clear, accessible records for audits, changes, and contract validation.
Support management by gathering and analyzing sales information to improve reporting practices.
Monitor and process sales team commissions with accuracy and timeliness; resolve discrepancies and enhance tracking systems.
Complete contractor pre-qualification applications and evaluate marketing tools to improve effectiveness.
Inside Sales
Prepare and deliver quotations for Account Managers in a timely, detailed manner.
Manage house accounts, maintain strong customer and broker relationships, and support revenue growth.
Ensure subcontractors meet customer account setup and pre-qualification requirements.
Contract Execution & Coordination
Review contracts for management approval and administer service level agreements with major clients.
Track milestones, renewals, rate adjustments, and contract changes; notify relevant teams in advance.
Facilitate effective communication of contract details to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project correspondence, change orders, and ensure continuous improvement of contract administration processes.
Sales Team Support
Assist in updating sales staff on policies and procedures; attend sales meetings.
Maintain accurate records throughout sales hiring and training, including CRM onboarding.

Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or large contract administration is an asset.
Highly comfortable with computer applications, databases, TRUX, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to support diverse stakeholders.
Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork under pressure.
Proven customer service capability and consistent delivery of high-quality results.
Demonstrated professionalism and a strong track record of reliability and performance.
