Job Summary:

The Sales Administrator is a key contributor to the Fish Division's operational success, supporting sales channels, customer service, and administrative functions. This role manages EDI order processing, B2B account setup, pricing updates, and vendor communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Foster and manage strong business relationships with retailers from a daily logistics perspective, while analyzing customer needs and developing innovative solutions.

Oversee day-to-day EDI order management, allocation, and fill rate tracking.

Submit SPS RPA forms and coordinate delivery appointments.

Generate ETA reports and track vendor fines.

Liaise with the Distribution Centre to ensure compliance with vendor shipping guides.

Maintain item cross-reference data and maintain/update SKU attributes for Key Accounts.

Manage direct ship forecast orders and submit weekly inventory rationing reports.

Update pricing and contract pricing; maintain pricing uploads and order forms.

Maintain and report on daily sales data and forecasts in Excel.

New account creation, and Item # creation within JD Edwards and SAP.

Manage B2B user account setup, revisions, and troubleshooting.

Review and resolve held orders and provide support to Credit department.

Review and manage warranty/credit claims.

Investigate and resolve pricing issues.

Perform additional duties as required and assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Experience in sales coordination, data management, customer service, or related administrative roles preferred.

Strong oral, written communication and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with JD Edwards, SAP, Netstock, SPS Commerce, Salesforce and EDI systems is an asset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of fishing products or fishing experience is a plus.

Education:

University Degree or College Diploma

Pay: $42,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
