Job Brief:
We are looking for a talented Sales Specialist that thrives in a fast paced, innovative, sales focused, positive, entrepreneurial style environment.
The Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
a) Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and manage through CRM tool
b) Understand customer needs and requirements
c) Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
d) Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
e) Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
f) Maintain and expand your database of prospects
g) Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
h) Perform effective online demos to prospects
i) Visit customers as required
Requirements:
Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with HubSpot, or similar CRM preferred but not mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
customer service, sales, or marketing related experience; Inbound or outbound call center experience, and tele-selling skills training, are desirable but not mandatory
Note: Eligible for up to 5% commission on all sales.
