Job Summary

We are looking for a sales-focused individual who loves hunting for new business and building strong relationships to work with our client, a respected global Publishing and Media company. A true believer in SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE is needed.

Duties

Prospect, solicit and qualify potential clients. Ongoing client contact and support with an emphasis on building long-term relationships. Inside sales across Canada and in the USA. Periodic in-person client meetings and presentations. Attending Trade Shows. Sales presentations of products. Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of the company and its services. Forecast and achieve sales budgets. Assist Senior Sales in managing day-to-day sales activity within your region. Seek out new opportunities to grow revenues and achieve sales targets.

Experience

1-2 years of proven success in sales, with experience in both cold and warm calling A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A natural at delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels to nurture long-term client connections. Able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail Self-starter who thrives on achieving goals and pushing boundaries Comfortable navigating change and staying flexible in a dynamic environment Passionate about learning, growing, and continuously improving Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Post-secondary education is an asset (but not a deal-breaker!) A valid passport is required, as some travel may be involved
