-You've got hustle in your heart, a sharp eye for opportunity, and you're energized by introducing people to a damn good cup of coffee.
-You can handle a pitch and a pour with equal confidence, and you're just as comfortable walking into a new cafe as you are following up with a distributor.
-What You'll Do: Build and grow relationships with cafes, restaurants, offices, and retailers across Ontario Drive sales of our coffee concentrate, RTD, wholesale beans, and cafe programs Hit the road to prospect, sample, and onboard new partners (yep, you'll need a car)
-Support our existing accounts with great service and strategic growth ideas. Collaborate with our team to help shape sales strategies, promotions, and product launches Represent Back Road at events, demos, and industry gatherings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
