Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Fundy Tactical dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of sales and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our Tactical garments & equipment. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
Requirements

Proven experience in sales (knowledge of the Tactical/First Responder sector an asset)

Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Excellent communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales targets. Familiarity CRM software is preferred. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Be able to represent Fundy Tactical at shows, events, & training sessions for both retail and agency sales Work in coordination with retail and fulfillment operations in Dartmouth & Moncton.
