About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll manage a defined territory and portfolio of accounts, uncover client needs, develop tailored print and marketing solutions, and foster long-term relationships. You will be responsible for driving new business while expanding and serving an existing client base.
This role is ideal for someone with
proven commercial print or signage sales experience
, a strong understanding of print production capabilities, and the ability to translate client objectives into the right mix of print, signage, promotional products, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a territory and assigned accounts while consistently meeting quarterly and annual sales targets
Identify new opportunities and grow existing business through consultative solution-based selling
Leverage your print industry knowledge to recommend the right production methods, materials, and services
Conduct daily outbound prospecting to book discovery meetings, assessments, presentations, and proposals
Present customized solutions--virtually or in person--that align with client branding, timelines, and budgets
Maintain exceptional customer service through regular communication, follow-ups, and proactive support
Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers across your portfolio
Prepare accurate forecasts, weekly sales reports, and periodic business reviews for leadership
Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, production, installation, and project management) to ensure successful execution of projects
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B print sales experience
(commercial print, wide-format, signage, or related print manufacturing)
Proven track record selling complex or custom solutions in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of print production, substrates, finishing, and workflow timelines
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to aggressively pursue new business
Highly organized with strong time-management skills and a high degree of independence
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Preferred Assets
Experience in agency, marketing, or promotional product sales
Familiarity with quoting software or print MIS systems
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Communications
