Marketing & Sales Development Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive

Marketing & Sales Development Coordinator

to support our marketing and sales initiatives. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and sales support to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update website content (

WordPress

) and create compelling marketing materials -- including blogs, newsletters, one-pagers, and landing pages. Plan, coordinate, and execute

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns

across email and social media. Develop and manage

social media channels

, content calendars, and campaign assets to strengthen brand presence. Support sales efforts by maintaining prospect and client databases, tracking follow-ups, organizing communications, and preparing quotes. Nurture client and lead relationships to ensure timely responses and excellent customer service. Compile activity and campaign reports to monitor performance and optimize results. Assist in organizing and attending

trade shows

and promotional events. Manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Business or Marketing Diploma

with at least

2 years of relevant experience

. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools:

WordPress, Adobe Express, Canva, Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite

, and social media platforms such as

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest

, and others. Experience with

SEO tools

. Familiarity with

AI applications

is a plus. Experience in the

medical sector

is a plus. Additional

languages

and proficiency in

photography/videography

are advantageous.

Compensation:

Base Salary: CAD 20 per hour Bonus: 5% of base salary Additional Incentives: Sales performance bonus and commissions
Job Type: Full-time
