Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target audiences Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools Attend industry events, trade shows, or community outreach activities to promote the company's offerings

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals Ability to understand technical or complex product information and convey it clearly to clients Good organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple accounts and follow-ups Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus
