Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion and the ability to provide personalized product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting vape products and accessories Educate customers on product features, safety, and proper use Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain store cleanliness and product displays Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts Stay up to date with new products, trends, and regulations in the vaping industry Comply with all legal age verification requirements for sales
Qualifications

Previous retail or sales experience preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Must be of legal age to sell vaping products
