Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and electronic payments. Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting. Manage time effectively to meet sales goals and customer needs. Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone with inquiries or orders. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and promote a positive work environment. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. A friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
