Summary ABOUT SAINT LAURENT

Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury pr\xc3\xaat-\xc3\xa0-porter in a 1966 collection called \xe2\x80\x98Rive Gauche\xe2\x80\x99, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape.
In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe.



We are currently seeking a Real Estate Intern who will report to the Director of Real Estate Development as part of our dynamic team in Wayne, New Jersey.

ROLE

You will report to the Director of Real Estate Development and assist with presentations, research, analysis, and reports.

MISSION

• Conduct research to contribute to competitor and new market analysis to assist in strategy development
• Collect, analyze, and benchmark rents compared to fair market value, and occupancy costs overall
• Review leases and prepare abstracts of key business terms
• Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums
• Compile and manage Real Estate transaction and lease files

PROFILE

• Must be enrolled in college/university
• Fluent in English, second language a plus
• Interest within luxury retail/fashion
• Organized and detail orientated
• Innovative and creative to continuously improve
• Must have availability in the office minimum 2-3 days per week
