Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a detail-oriented, focused, and flexible individual to join our team as a Research Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing research protocols, including, coordinating and monitoring the collection, processing, and recording of research data.

Who you are

You have a worked in a research environment for a minimum of 3 years and have a university degree in a health-related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. You have experience in research methodology, participant recruitment, research data collection, and working within a multidisciplinary team. You have an excellent proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications. You also have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.

What you will do

• Participate in and coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of research protocols.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and implementation of day-to-day research activities and procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and data collection from research participants.
• Establish appropriate data collection systems and procedures, according to established research protocol.
• Coordinate and monitor the collection, processing, and recording of research data, as required by established study protocol.
• Communicate study data and results to investigators or research team.
• Provide collaboration and administrative coordination between investigators and ancillary departments, research participants, sponsoring organizations, and/or regulating bodies.
• Represent and promote the objectives and activities of research studies to various internal and/or external constituencies, as appropriate.
