  • Assist with the adoption of new PowerBI generated safety dashboards.

  • Support tracking SDMS new training and signing Confidentiality Agreements.

  • Support the migration of data systems to the Cloud platform.

  • Adjust layouts and business rules.

  • Create new users to local system (SDMS).

  • Assist with creating a new SharePoint safety site.

  • Assist with creating new online Inspections/Questionnaire forms.

  • Implement and rollout specialty software and training.





Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a diploma or degree program for Computer Science or Business Technology Management (BTMA).

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with PowerBI, SharePoint, web development, SQL Server and Cority would be an asset.

  • Experience in assisting in developing and writing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Business Cases would be an asset.

  • Success in the position requires excellent communication skills, making sure messages are clear, understood and appropriate as well as being comfortable with asking questions, share knowledge and create ideas on innovative and efficient ways of developing service solutions.

  • The ability to seek opportunities to build and maintain strong teamwork, partnerships and networks, achieve efficient, timely, quality results by focusing work efforts on expected outcomes at the individual and team level is required.

Pre-Employment Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2023.

  • A security clearance will be conducted.

  • If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $26.63 per hour

Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.




Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
