:

We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) committed to excellence in safety, performance, and customer experience. Our mission is to deliver smiles to customers' doors every day, safely, efficiently, and with professionalism. We are looking for a Safety & Performance Metrics Coordinator to join our leadership team. This role is critical in driving both driver safety compliance and operational performance metrics that keep our DSP among the top performers in the network.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safety Metrics & Compliance

Monitor and analyze driver safety data, including seatbelt compliance, speeding, distracted driving alerts, incident and accident reporting, DVCR compliance, and preventive maintenance adherence.

Lead safety coaching sessions with drivers and managers.

Develop corrective action plans (coaching) for drivers with repeated safety signals.

Manage WCB claims: report workplace injuries, coordinate with employees, track claim status, and ensure compliance with WCB requirements.

Maintain accurate safety logs, claims documentation, and audit records.

Operational / Non-Safety Metrics

Track and report on DSP scorecard metrics, including POD quality, DCR, DNR, scan compliance, contact compliance, on-time delivery performance, customer delivery feedback (DEX/CDF), route completion, cancellations, and Hours-to-Budget alignment.

Investigate delivery exceptions, audit POD photos, and support dispute resolution.

Partner with dispatch and operations managers to optimize route execution.

Provide weekly and monthly reports on overall performance.

Requirements

:

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Must be at least 21+ years old

Must have a VALID BC DRIVER'S LICENSE

Experience in logistics, transportation, safety compliance, or operations management

Knowledge of WCB processes including claims filing, modified duties, and return-to-work programs.

Strong analytical skills such as being able to interpret metrics and recommend corrective action.

Excellent communication and coaching skills to engage with drivers and leadership.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.

Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and metric dashboards.
