We're Hiring: Safety Trainer (Contract, On the Road)

Role Purpose

Deliver engaging, compliant on-site safety training and operator competencies.
Preferably contribute to business growth through client engagement, new ideas, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site safety training courses (minimum: Fall Protection, Rescue, Confined Space, FIT, Rigging, MEWP, Operator Competencies).

Prepare lesson materials, training equipment, and certification records. Ensure compliance with provincial and federal safety standards. Build strong client relationships to support repeat bookings. Identify opportunities for new services or improvements in training delivery.

Qualifications

Certified as a safety trainer. At least 10 years combined field, safety, and training experience. Industrial work experience strongly preferred. Strong communication skills with confidence leading a group. Competent with basic digital tools (email, presentation software, online platforms). Reliable, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Schedule & Flexibility

This is an on-site contract role -- training happens at client locations, not in a classroom facility. Work is scheduled based on client demand, with opportunities for both steady and seasonal bookings. Travel within Saskatchewan is required. Best fit for someone who:

Assure Provides

All course materials. Training equipment. Full administrative support (scheduling, certification processing, client coordination). Competitive contract pay (per-course delivery with minimum guarantee).
