Bunch Welding Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive

Safety Coordinator

to join our team. Reporting to the Safety Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture across our fabrication facility and field operations. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with occasional weekend on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Observe field and facility work to ensure tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Coach workers and supervisors on safe work practices and regulatory requirements. Enforce safety standards and support continuous improvement of the Health & Safety Program. Assist with incident and near-miss investigations, including reporting and corrective action follow-up. Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. Support COR program maintenance and health & safety documentation. Participate in safety meetings and collaborate with site leadership to address safety concerns. Provide administrative support including data entry, record keeping, and preparation of safety reports.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

Intermediate First Aid H2S Alive Class 5 Driver's License CSTS Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Assets:

Previous safety experience in oilfield or industrial construction environments ACSA COR Auditor designation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, travel to field locations, and adapt to changing work environments
