Job Description

  • Job Overview:
  • Administrative support for our team of 2 field safety representatives whose scope covers our terminals, refineries, and retail destinations across Canada for multiple product streams. Reporting to the Manager Logistics Operations - Trucks, you will work in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders such as our carrier partners, maintenance team, Carrier Operations and Trucking Operations teams, and EH&S group.
  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Incident tool workflow advance, and admin functions
  • Work with vendors to ensure receiving timely documentation for entry into Enablon
  • Develop monthly stewardship reporting
  • Assist with incident investigations
  • Manage reporting of incident KPI
  • Assist in creating newsletters/bulletins
  • Assist in processing invoices for payment
  • Assist in coordinating safety blitzes
  • Attend safety meetings as scribe, communicate notes & action items
  • Required Qualifications: none
  • Experience and Education:
  • post-secondary education
  • experience in safety an asset
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), fluency in French an asset
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of PowerBI an asset
  • Team Player
  • Adaptability to change
  • Ability to handle shifting prioritie
