Alteo is looking for a SaaS Platform Administrator for a permanent position based in Montreal.

*** Hybrid work (80% remote and up to 100%) ***

As part of an agile and friendly team, you will act as an expert in hosting infrastructure for software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve the Cloud platform

• participate in defining the architecture of the Cloud platform (scalability, high availability, continuity and security)
• Manage the technical side

• monitor capacity and performance
• perform continuity tests (PRA)
• manage changes and production releases
• Implement means and methods:

• Automate the commissioning of environments and the platform\'s maintenance in operational condition
• Write operating and administration procedures
• Write user guides for platform services
• Manage backup plans, configurations and perform technical maintenance.

Profile:

• BAC in IT or equivalent
• 8+ years\' experience in hosting infrastructures for software solutions
• Experience in software publishing (asset)
• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructures: servers, storage, LAN / WAN / VPN networks, firewall, virtualization.
• Advanced knowledge of server administration (Linux, Windows, Active Directory, Power Shell, Bash) and database administration (MS SQL, MySQL/MariaDB).
• Good knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
• Good knowledge of Cloud infrastructure providers
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment chains such as Azure DevOps (asset)
• ITIL certification (asset)
• Team player, natural leader with collaborative spirit
• Autonomous, strong collaborative and teaching skills
• Ideally bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• Concevoir et faire \xc3\xa9voluer la plateforme Cloud

• participer \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9finir l\'architecture de la plateforme Cloud (scalabilit\xc3\xa9, haute disponibilit\xc3\xa9, continuit\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curisation)
• G\xc3\xa9rer l\'aspect technique

• suivre les capacit\xc3\xa9s et performances
• faire des tests de continuit\xc3\xa9 (PRA)
• g\xc3\xa9rer les changements et mises en production
• Mettre en place des moyens et des m\xc3\xa9thode

• Automatiser le commissionnement des environnements et du maintien en condition op\xc3\xa9rationnelle de la plateforme
• R\xc3\xa9diger les proc\xc3\xa9dures d\'exploitation et d\'administration
• R\xc3\xa9diger les guides d\'utilisation des services de la plateforme
• G\xc3\xa9rer des plans de sauvegarde, des configurations et faire de la maintenance technique.

Profil:

• BAC en TI ou l\'\xc3\xa9quivalent
• 8+ ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans les infrastructures d\'h\xc3\xa9bergement de solutions logicielles
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\'\xc3\xa9dition de logiciel (atout)
• Connaissances avanc\xc3\xa9es dans les infrastructures informatiques : serveurs, stockage, r\xc3\xa9seaux LAN / WAN / VPN, firewall, virtualisation
• Connaissances avanc\xc3\xa9es en administration de serveurs (Linux, Windows, Active Directory, Power Shell, Bash) et l\'administration de bases de donn\xc3\xa9es (MS SQL, MySQL/MariaDB)
• Bonnes connaissances des outils de conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Bonnes connaissances de l\'infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
• Bonnes connaissances concernant les fournisseurs d\'infrastructure Cloud
• Connaissance des chaines d\'int\xc3\xa9gration et d\xc3\xa9ploiement continu tels que Azure DevOps (atout)
• Certification ITIL (atout)
• Joueur d\'\xc3\xa9quipe, leader naturel \xc3\xa0 l\'esprit collaboratif
• Autonome, fortes comp\xc3\xa9tences collaboratives et de p\xc3\xa9dagogie
