Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience working with both hand and power tools. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various systems within recreational vehicles to ensure they are safe and functional for our customers.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Install and service applicances, solar panels, satellite systems, and other RV accessories. Troubleshoot and repair slide-outs, awnings, heating and cooling systems, and water systems. Inspect vehicles for safety compliance and recommend necessary repairs or modifications. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RV technology to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years experience in RV, automotive, marine, or related trades (apprenticeship or journeyperson status is considered an asset) Strong working knowledge of RV systems, including 12V DC and 120V AC electrical systems, propane, plumbing and HVAC Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to RV repair are a plus.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
