Sales Specialist
to join our team! If you have a knack for building relationships, closing deals, and helping customers find their dream RV, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Guide customers through the sales process, providing product knowledge and financing options. Maintain strong product knowledge of various RV models, features, and benefits. Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships. Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, or recreational sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends. Valid driver's license.
