What You'll Do

Guide customers through a fun, experience-driven buying journey Lead walkarounds, demos, and test drives that spark excitement Match customers' travel dreams with the perfect RV Build long-term relationships with follow-up and genuine care Partner with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover

What You Bring

Proven sales experience (automotive, RV, or other high-ticket items preferred) Strong people skills - ability to connect, influence, and close Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based income Passion for camping, travel, or the outdoors is a major plus!
