Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers and assist them in selecting RVs that best meet their needs, preferences, and budget. Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions regarding RV features, options, and benefits. Become a Social Media presence for the business and help maintain inventory on the website. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale, including completing paperwork, financing, and delivery coordination. Keep up-to-date on new RV models, industry trends, and financing options to provide informed recommendations. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets. Ensure the dealership's sales floor and inventory are well-organized and presentable. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, service) to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:



Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive or RV industry. Strong knowledge of RV products, features, and benefits. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Basic computer skills for processing sales and managing customer data. A passion for outdoor activities and RV lifestyle is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
