What You'll Be Doing:

Engage with customers in person, online, and over the phone to help them find the perfect RV for their needs. Guide buyers through the full sales process--from first contact to delivery. Conduct walkarounds and highlight the features, benefits, and lifestyle of the RV experience. Negotiate pricing with confidence and professionalism. Follow up with leads and past customers to drive repeat and referral business. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

A self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for the RV lifestyle. Motivated by commissions, bonuses, and performance-based rewards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction. Previous RV or automotive sales experience is an asset--but we'll train the right person.
