What You'll Do
As our
Parts Supervisor
, you'll oversee the daily operations of our parts and accessories department, ensuring smooth processes, excellent customer experiences, and efficient inventory management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a small team
Managing stock receiving, special orders, inventory control, and reporting
Overseeing merchandising and supporting marketing promotions in the parts and camping store
Providing outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and in coordination with service and distribution partners
Building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and service centers
Handling administrative tasks such as database updates, A/R reports, and reconciliations
Monitoring sales performance, identifying lost sales opportunities, and improving efficiency
What You Bring
Proven customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of mechanical/electrical parts (RV or automotive experience is a strong asset)
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
Proficiency with inventory systems
A positive attitude, initiative, and a drive to succeed
Compensation & Benefits
$25-$27/hour, based on experience
