About the role:
Our RV Outfitters are more than salespeople--they're adventure matchmakers. They work closely with customers to understand their lifestyle and travel dreams, then guide them to the perfect RV that makes every camping experience uniquely theirs. Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Are you persuasive, driven, and looking for a challenge? If you have stellar customer service skills and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality, and we'll provide you with the support, tools, and training you'll need to help get people camping!
As an RV Outfitter, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering an exceptional buying experience by following proven sales processes that put the customer first
Building lasting relationships through timely, professional follow-up and ongoing support
Guiding customers through the details of insurance arrangements, manufacturer warranties, and parts and service options with confidence and clarity
Staying ahead of the curve by continually learning and applying new sales strategies, techniques, and product knowledge
Ensuring smooth deliveries by preparing accurate and complete paperwork for every unit sold
The selected candidate must be available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays, but not Sundays!

Requirements:
High school diploma
Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Above-average communication skills
Comfortable with new software, MS Office, and social media
