Job Description

We're on the hunt for 4 unstoppable humans to join us this summer! Rumble's Heavy Bag Motivators are the pulse of Rumble West 85th. This role is about bringing badass energy, fun, and therapy to life through a signature, on-brand Rumble experience.

As a Motivator, you are responsible for leading powerful, high-energy workouts that inspire and challenge clients while embodying the Rumble brand. You'll also develop and showcase a strong personal brand, build meaningful relationships with clients, and actively contribute to in-studio sales.

Your dynamic personality, motivating presence, and fitness expertise come together to deliver the unique "Fight Club meets Nightclub" experience that Rumble is known for. This role reports to the following:

You're expected to update at least half of your playlist (combos and exercises) weekly to keep classes fresh. With only 50 minutes per class, you must ensure the workout flows with the music and finishes on time--never rushed or incomplete.

: You can adjust exercises on the fly to accommodate all fitness levels and keep every participant engaged.

Communication

: You have excellent verbal communication skills, clearly guiding and motivating clients throughout each session.

Responsibilities



Lead engaging, high-energy classes while demonstrating, explaining, and correcting proper technique to ensure safety and maximize results. Program 2-3 fresh track lists and workouts per month that align with Rumble's format, challenge all fitness levels, and flow seamlessly with the music. Pre-Class: Support clients in selecting a bag, assist with hand wrapping, and ensure everyone feels prepared and confident before class. Post-Class: Connect with clients about their goals and introduce how Rumble's programs can help. Assist with membership conversions, class top-ups, and sales. Maintain a strong social media presence to motivate, inspire, and build connections within the Rumble community. Attend all mandatory instructor training sessions to refine your coaching skills and uphold Rumble's brand standards. Represent Rumble's values both in and out of the studio--bringing energy, community, and connection to everything you do.

Education and Work Experience



Previous boxing experience preferred Group Fitness Instruction experience preferred (spin, HIIT, bootcamp, boxing/kickboxing)

Apply to the role. Receive an invitation to attend a class. Get invited to audition. Complete 2 weeks of training. Pass a demo class and you're in! Once scheduled, you'll go through 6 weeks of ongoing development to support your growth.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 7 per week
