Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rubber Liner to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying rubber linings to various surfaces and components, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Apply rubber linings to specified surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during the lining process. Assemble components as required, ensuring all parts fit correctly and function as intended. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Utilize forklifts to move materials as needed within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation is essential. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in material handling or logistics. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
