We are currently seeking a highly energetic, caring, and motivated

RT/RN/ LPN Clinician

to join our Bedford clinic. This is a permanent full-time, in clinic position with hours from

Monday to Friday

0830-1630.

Reporting to the District Manager, the clinician will provide support to patients suffering from sleep disordered breathing to ensure successful PAP therapy.

Qualifications and requirements (including, but not limited to) :

RT/RN/LPN certification (must be current) Previous experience in the CPAP industry would be an asset Superior interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent time management skills Working knowledge of Word, Jane and adaptive to all technology is an asset CPR certification would be an asset Valid driver's license and ability to travel to clinic locations is required

:

Primary responsibility is to ensure excellent patient care as part of our patient centered care model Educate patients about OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea). Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with Sleep Apnea or sleep related disorders with ongoing follow up care to ensure successful therapy Ability to work independently with little supervision Identify treatment issues and implement appropriate solutions Create reports, download data, an adjust PAP pressures during regular check up appointments Communicate with other medical healthcare providers as required. Build a positive and trustworthy relationship with patients Seeing patients in a clinic environment with timed allotted appointments and the ability to stay on time Working with other clinicians and administrative team members to ensure well rounded care Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage stressful situations.
