This position is currently listed as "Onsite", working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified. These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment, you will be under the discretion of the Hiring Manager's requirements for the Project you are assigned to.
Scope
Creation of functional and technical specifications for systems development, analyze requirements and help project team in solution and technical design.
Work with the project team in completing all relevant and required documentation in alignment with OPS standards.
Assignment Deliverables
Working with any one or more of the technologies below, the consultants will participate in the coding and development of the migration components including: user interface, data services, data synchronization, and deployment services.
Participate in the migration/and or rebuild design, development, unit / system testing and deployment of SharePoint using Microsoft development platform and tools
Participate in project design and application JAD sessions / walkthroughs
Create code modules, as well as other necessary system scripts and modules
Develop documentation for testing, implementation, defect tracking as per OPS standards.
Participate in, document and configure output from application design sessions
Participate in the Unit / System / Integration Testing
Development of user authentication and access component according to predefined business rules
Design and development of user and system interface(s)
Preparation of install package and install books as required
Provide input and complete documentation for the application deployment plan for the production environment
Estimates for assigned tasks and percent complete
Develop and/or update technical documentations, and provide input for User Guide & Training Guide
The consultant will provide a detailed list of all work/artifacts completed on the project
Attend any meetings related to the resolution of any request as required
Ensures knowledge transfer to internal staff - that is, upon leaving the project, the consultant will transfer over all information/research/code/documents, etc. to the client

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
A Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement:
The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027. Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause. Services required beyond this date will be acquired through a Request for Services (RFS) issued under the successor VOR.
The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.

Demonstrated experience in the development of user authentication and access components

Criteria 2: Technical Skills - 40 Points
Experience in designing, developing, testing and implementing SharePoint 2013/ online and .NET applications
Experience using migration tools, e.g. ShareGate applications, PowerShell
Demonstrated experience with using SharePoint 2013 Designer tools
Experience with RDMS and SQL queries, views and stored procedures
Demonstrated experience SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Demonstrated experience with Azure Logic Apps
Demonstrated experience with Power Apps/Power Automate
Demonstrated experience with accessibility (AODA) requirements.
Criteria 3: Documentation and Testing Skills - 20Points

Knowledge Transfer
What needs to be KT
Knowledge transfer will be an ongoing piece throughout the life of the contract duration.
All aspects of the migration requirement as noted in the SCOPE of the contract, namely design, coding and unit testing of web sites and application functionality for the development of customized solutions for Corporate Portfolio clients in a SharePoint standard product suite (SP 2010/13/SP online and .SPFx)
Knowledge will be transferred in team meetings, 1:1 meeting with project manager and documentation on SP site
Job Shadowing of the consultants by a JTS staff member
