Must Haves

10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration

5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc.

5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.

3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.

Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.

Nice to have:

? Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset

Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
This includes:

developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code o compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
oResolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

Desirable Skills

Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.

Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)

Report Development Skills - 35%

Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development

Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript

Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files

Soft Skills- 20%

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
