The Software Developer role focuses on delivering end-to-end Siebel CRM solutions through technical configuration, development, and integration. The developer will use their Siebel EIM/EAI, Open UI, and Siebel IP18+ expertise to design scalable, maintainable applications. Tasks include translating specifications into tested applications, developing reports with Power BI or OBIEE, and resolving post-implementation issues. With over 10 years of experience in Siebel development, the candidate will also work on integrations with Adobe AEM and J2EE, contributing to cross-platform enterprise systems while adhering to accessibility standards and system architecture practices.Advantages

Responsibilities

• Translate system specifications into working, tested Siebel applications
• Design, configure, and develop Siebel IP18+ modules including Applets, Workflows, Views, and Scripts
• Integrate Siebel with systems like Adobe AEM and J2EE using EIM and EAI
• Conduct unit testing, debug issues, and resolve technical challenges
• Develop reports using OBIEE and Power BI
• Modify Siebel Web Templates and implement Open UI using PR, PM, and manifest files
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
• Support post-implementation phases and provide technical documentation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Siebel technical configuration, development, and integration experience
• 5+ years with Siebel EIM/EAI and Siebel-Adobe AEM/J2EE integration
• 3+ years with Siebel IP18+ including Open UI
• Certified in Siebel 8.x or above
• Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, XSL, XML, and report development tools like Power BI and OBIEE
• Strong understanding of structured methodologies, application design, and business rule configuration
• Experience with Accessibility (AODA) standards, RAD, and middleware/gateway integration
• Familiarity with Siebel modules in Public Sector CRM and Grants Management is an asset
