As the Senior Product Manager for enterprise security technology and services, you will work to develop the product strategy and service definition enterprise cyber platform offerings. You will define the target operating model, develop product engagement strategies, build service designs and framework patterns, and drive roadmap execution. Partnering closely with OPS infrastructure stakeholders, technical architects, engineers, and clients, you'll ensure major cyber tools and technologies are delivered as repeatable, secure-by-design services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and roadmap for enterprise security platforms, defining vision, KPIs, and release plans.
Develop and maintain service-design blueprints and target operating-model patterns for enterprise security solutions and services - e.g. CyberArk PAM, Defender XDR, DLP, database monitoring (Guardium), SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), SOAR, and network security (Prisma, Secure Web Gateway).
Define service operating, support, interaction models, and runbooks to ensure day-2 service stability and continuous improvement.
Create engagement frameworks and go-to-production release playbooks to onboard business unit stakeholders and ministry clients.
Drive cross-functional teams--security design architecture, engineering, infrastructure, operations, --to deliver new services on time, scope, and budget.
Perform market and technology research to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging security trends.
Facilitate design-review boards and steering committees, capturing stakeholder feedback and translating it into product and operating model enhancements.
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and risk metrics; report progress to executive sponsors.
