The Project Manager role focuses on managing large-scale, high-risk enterprise-level projects from initiation to closure. With over 10 years of experience required, the role includes full project lifecycle management - overseeing scope, schedule, cost, resources, and risk. This position is also responsible for producing, maintaining, and revising project documentation, ensuring alignment with technical environments such as Oracle, Unix, Windows, WebLogic, and mainframe systems. • Lead enterprise-scale, complex IT initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define and control scope, cost, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Produce and maintain detailed project documentation such as plans, reports, and communication materials.
• Recommend revisions or changes in project content, documentation format, and publishing methods as needed.
• Use industry tools and methodologies for creating and distributing project documents.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure all deliverables align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Lead communication and collaboration among project stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience on enterprise-level IT projects.
• Proven expertise in handling scope, risks, costs, resources, and schedules.
• Strong background in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Deep knowledge of I&IT project management frameworks and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux), and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with WebLogic, Microsoft IIS, and mainframe applications.
• Experience using tools for document creation, distribution, and control.
• Ability to conduct and present detailed cost-benefit analyses.
• Exposure to public sector project environments is considered an asset.
