: Senior Siebel Developer & Report Developer

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Siebel Development Skills (40%):

10+ years of expertise in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.

5+ years of experience in data analysis for business intelligence and reporting in a medium to large corporate environment, with detailed knowledge of BI functions such as analytics, data modeling, data mining, reporting, report conversion, and data cleansing.

Experience in Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Storage, ADF, and Azure Analysis Service.

5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI, Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects.

Proficiency in Siebel Tools Software, editing Siebel Web Templates, and using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods.

Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.

Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.

Expertise in UI integration (embedding external applications in Siebel, exposing Siebel in external applications).

Report Development Skills (35%):

Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.

Proficiency in HTML5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery, and JavaScript.

Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files.

Soft Skills (20%):

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to develop and present new ideas, conceptualize new approaches and solutions.

Excellent interpersonal relations, demonstrating effective teamwork with both functional and technical teams.

Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving ability.

Ability to work under pressure, handle aggressive timelines, and adapt to change.

Problem-solving and analytical skills applied to resolve technical problems.

Public Sector Experience (5%):

Experience with Siebel modules, such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService (asset).

Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
