: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Ontario Government
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will lead consultations to identify, map, analyze, and evaluate business requirements and processes. Your role involves communicating business analysis expertise to technical peers, managers, clients, and end-users. You\'ll analyze, develop, test, and implement business systems and change management initiatives, ensuring ongoing business analysis activities throughout the project life cycle. Developing strategies, conducting options analysis, preparing fit-gap analysis, feasibility studies, and proposals will be integral to your responsibilities. Demonstrating technical depth, you\'ll leverage your experience to deliver innovative I&IT solutions.
Qualifications, Skills, and Evaluation Criteria:
Technical Knowledge (30%): You bring expertise in enterprise business architectural concepts, business requirement management, and digital business analysis methodologies. Your knowledge spans the software development life cycle, database concepts, user interface design principles, change management, quality assurance, and more.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills (30%): You excel in presenting and facilitating meetings with stakeholders, building and maintaining business relationships. Your ability to share knowledge promotes mutual understanding and collaboration, while your persuasive communication style fosters consensus and agreement.
Leadership and Project Management Skills (30%): You are a seasoned project leader, adept at implementing change and establishing user acceptance criteria. Your knowledge in change management, service delivery management, and project management, combined with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring, drives continuous improvement.
Analytical Skills (10%): Your analytical prowess is demonstrated through evaluating clients\' technologies, systems, and needs. You effectively match technology solutions to business requirements, document detailed processes, and conduct research for cost/benefit analysis, providing valuable financial recommendations.

Position is remote, with occasional onsite requirements at 40 St. Claire Ave. as needed.
