Description

The Labour and Transportation I&IT Cluster\'s (LTC) Operations, Maintenance & Support Branch (OMSB) provides Application Maintenance and Support (M&S) to the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) .NET applications. M&S encompasses all aspects of managing, maintaining, and supporting business solutions hosted in Azure.

Deliverables:

• Provide M&S of hosted technology solutions based on the OPS\'s service specification, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models to meet the business requirements and project/initiative deliverable specifications
• Manage coordination of all IT related services
• Manage the resources and tasks required to accomplish the work assigned
• Adherence to the Project Management Office (PMO) methodology
• Adherence to OPS and LTC Enterprise Architecture guidelines
• Adherence to OPS and LTC IT standards
• Use project management tools, templates, and repositories to manage and track project artefacts
• Liaison with different stakeholders
• Responsible for the product planning and execution through the product lifecycle, including:

• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
• Defining the product vision
• Ensuring the product supports the company\'s overall strategy and goals
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience:

• Identify and fill product gaps
• Generate new ideas that grow market share
• Improve customer experience
• Drive growth
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

Note:
